JADE is an affiliate company of Dean, Jacobson Financial Services, LLC (DJFS) that specializes in pension and retirement plan administration.

As mentioned in other areas on this web site, Retirement Planning is an integral part of financial planning and wealth management and of the services offered by DJFS. Retirement plan laws and regulations are extremely complex and in a seemingly constant state of change. Add to that the severe penalties from both the Department of Labor (DOL) and/or the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for non-compliance, and this area of planning quickly becomes a minefield waiting to explode on unsuspecting plans. It was within this dangerous environment that the idea of JADE was born. Unfortunately, the retirment plan environment today is just as treacherous as it was in 1982, when JADE was established.
